How much does the shipping cost?

We offer free shipping cost for any order.

How Long is the shipping time?

Average transit times are 8-12 business days.

There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. Therefore, please allow us up to 20 business days before contacting us.

When will my product be shipped?

Please allow 2 business days of processing and production time for your order to ship out. 

How long until I receive my items?

Delivery Time= Processing Time + Shipping Time. Please check the shipping policy. 

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can. You must cancel your order within 24 hours of creating the order for the cancellation to be applied. If the item has already shipped, all you need to do is send us an email with the subject line "CANCEL". and the order details.

My product arrived damaged!

Please contact us immediately by email providing order details and pictures of the product.

What destination are you shipping to?

We are happy to ship our products to the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand at the moment.

What should I do if I didn't receive my parcel?

You can email our customer service directly and show your tracking number, and then we will check it for you. Supposing that we are sure the parcel was lost indeed, we will arrange a new delivery or refund. However, if the items were lost because you offered us incorrect address information, you should be responsible for the loss.
